General Returns
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Once serialized items are shipped to an FFL and transferred to the customer, the sale is final.
- Due to the required ATF approval process on NFA items, there are NO refunds on any NFA (Class 3) item once the required forms have been submitted to the ATF.
Firearm and Serialized Items
- Firearms and serialized items are non-returnable.
- However, if a firearm or serialized item cannot be picked up from the receiving FFL dealer, it may be returned to Gallenson’s only if a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained.
- RMA requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
- Items should be shipped using a traceable method with appropriate insurance.
- Additionally, any fees charged by the receiving FFL, such as transfer fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Items
- If you receive an incorrect item, Gallenson’s will provide a return shipping label and ship a replacement upon receipt of the incorrect item.
- To request a return authorization for an incorrect item, please contact us at sales@gallensons.com.
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If we are replacing an incorrect item, we will ship the replacement at no additional shipping cost. Please use a traceable shipment method and insure the package appropriately when returning any item. Gallenson’s is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Shipping costs and transfer fees are non-refundable for any approved returns that are not due to an error on Gallenson’s part.
