Shipping Eligibility and FFL Requirements
We ship firearms to eligible customers within the United States in compliance with federal and state laws. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate FFL information and ensuring compliance with local laws.
Shipping Times and Procedures
- Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. However, during holiday and peak seasons, shipping times may vary due to high order volume.
- Serialized items may take up to 7-10 business days to ship.
- NFA (National Firearms Act) items that require a Form 3 for transfer will not ship until the ATF approves the Form 3 transfer. Please verify that Gallenson’s has received a copy of the FFL and SOT from your dealer.
- If your order has exceeded the expected shipping time, please notify our Customer Service Department at sales@gallensons.com. They will forward your order to our Shipping Department to investigate the cause of the delay.
Adult Signature Requirement
All orders require an Adult Signature upon delivery.
P.O. Box and Restricted States
We ship only to valid FFL Dealers. Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Gallenson’s does not sell or ship any items to the following states:
- Alaska
- California
- Colorado
- Connecticut
- Delaware
- Hawaii
- Illinois
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- New York
- Oregon
- Vermont
- Washington State
- Washington D.C.
Amending Orders
No amendments can be made to orders once they are placed. For any questions, please contact us at sales@gallensons.com for the fastest response.
Shipment Liability Terms
These terms outline shipment responsibility and do not constitute an insurance contract. Gallenson’s does not insure shipments and assumes no responsibility for loss or damage under specific conditions, including but not limited to government seizures, incorrect delivery due to address errors, dishonest actions by you or any interested parties, apparent shortages in intact packages, failed delivery attempts, or invalid payment forms such as counterfeit or uncollectible funds. Gallenson’s liability, if any, is limited to restoring or replacing the item up to its declared value, and Gallenson’s reserves ownership rights over items for which it provides compensation.
Order Tracking
To track your order, log in to your account and select “My Account.” Click “View Order” on the right-hand side of the screen, then click “Shipments” and the tracking number. Typically, tracking information is updated by the end of the business day after your order has been picked up by the carrier.
In-Store Pickup
Firearm order pickup is available for Utah residents at our shop, located at 166 E 200 S, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111. Customers will be contacted by us once the In-Store Pickup is available. Any customer who wishes to pick up serialized items, such as handguns, must be a current resident of Utah with a valid Utah driver’s license or state-approved ID reflecting their current address.
